    i have a request, if possible; I am recovering from a climbing accident (Broken femur) and I have been trying to do as many climbing-specific exercises so as not to lose everything; my main concern is loosing power as that has long been my weakness. Do you have any recommendations for workouts as I cannot yet boulder? I have a finger board at home and access to a campus board.thanks!
